Shipping and Delivery
Pui Yee Limited ships to addresses within the regions specified at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or events beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Returns and Refunds
You have the right to return any Women's Shoes within 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund. This is a no-reason refund policy. You do not need to provide any reason for the return. The shoes must be in original condition, unworn, undamaged, and with all original tags attached and in original packaging.

Refund processing and arrival to your account takes at least 14 days. This period begins when we receive the returned item.
PayPal refunds take at least 14 days. Due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days. We will notify you when the refund is initiated. The actual time for funds to appear in your PayPal account depends on PayPal and your financial institution.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We do not offer exchanges. If you want a different size or style, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
